Weight Loss Drug Lawsuits

Anyone who was taken:

• Ozempic
• Wegovy
• Rybelsus
• Mounjaro

Recent reports have linked recent weight loss medications to cases of severe gastrointestinal problems, such as stomach paralysis as well as persistent vomiting, nausea and diarrhea.  Other reported injuries include Bowel obstruction and gallbladder disease.

The FDA has indicated as of June 2022 the potential signal of a serious risk/new safety information regarding intestinal obstruction related to semaglutide containing medications.  As of February 21, 2023, the FDA was evaluating the need for regulatory action.
